Can't buy anything!!!

Hello, i want to buy watch strap (4.99). I giving my card details and after touching buying button. My payment accepted on my bank but ebay always giving error (this card not acceptable). What is this problem i can't understand. What can i do for this problem?

Your on the USA board. Log into your account to get to the UK board as it's a bit different over there. You can call your card company and see if they can help. If you have another card, see if it will work.
