Can no longer see a UK saved seller listings - but I can see all my other ones from the UK
Summary: anglophile62 has reported an issue where they can no longer view listings from a specific UK seller, while other UK listings are visible to them. mudshark61369 and exclusive_deals_store_usa_1 respond, but no specific solutions or suggestions are mentioned in the responses.
Hi all - I'll try to keep this concise:
I have quite a few saved sellers in the UK. I am in the US. Many sell internationally and all listings display, some have decided to put the "may post to the US, contact seller" since the tariff/removal of de minimus thing. If their items don't show up using Worldwide as location, I will go to ebay.co.uk and can see all listings - it's a hassle but it works.
One seller has changed the name of his shop. I've purchased quite a few things, comms are always fast and cordial and he shipped to the US no issues. I can see his store but it says there are no items for my area. I cannot see his listings under my saved sellers. Strangely, if I do a search for a specific type of item, I can see his listings with Royal Mail international shipping rates listed for those specific items. I have messaged him via his storefront and also a specific listing showing the international shipping. I get the following msg: Looks like something went wrong, please try again later. So are my msgs to him also blocked?
I'm wondering if when he renamed his shop, he set some kind of settings that don't allow international customers to see his listings. Yet I can see them if I do a search for "Tudor dress hook" and hit Worldwide and it shows the international shipping. As I cannot seem to get a msg to him, is there anything else I can do?
Any help would be appreciated since I really like this seller.

·4 months agoIf your message can't reach to seller. There is a higher chance that seller store might have a problem. eBay may close down the store or placed restrictions on it. I hope this might helpful

·4 months ago@anglophile62 ,
Many U.K. sellers stopped shipping to the U.S. because of the tariffs and cancellation of the de minimus exemption, causing U.S. buyers to refuse to pay the fees,or pick up the items.
Their listings may state Ships to: Worldwide, but that does not always mean they will ship to the U.S. or other countries. You have to click on the See more button to see what countries they will ship to. If they are no longer shipping to the U.S. that automatically places you on their blocked buyer list, which would prevent you from messaging them because they block messages sent by blocked buyers.

OP4 months agoHis listings still show Royal Mail International - I just purchased some items from him a month or two ago. I wonder if it is because he changed his ebay store name? Are there parameters that you set when you do that? It's odd that my msgs won't even go through. I can't even get through via ebay.co.uk because it picks up my zip code. Regarding the post below from exclusive_deals... - he has items listed that show international postage and ships to the US, so it doesn't appear ebay has placed restrictions on his store. I will keep trying to msg him via the ebay UK site and see if I can't find a work around.

OP4 months agoFound out it is an ebay issue with the store name change. It should be resolved soon or so they say. Thank you all for your input!
