Can I return this iPhone?

If there is a listing for an iPhone that does not say if it’s paid off or not, I get it, and it ends up not being paid off, can I get a refund for that phone?
If the seller says it is paid off in the message area on the listing is that the same as him saying it in the description?

·2 months agoMy opinion would be to buy from a seller that deals with phones. Next, look at the seller feedback to see what their track record is and how long they have been selling.

·2 months agoIf you have not already purchased it, you should only buy that from a factory dealer. It's the only way you will have clear title to it.

Go to your Purchase History click on More Actions > Return item , select a the reason Not As Described, follow through to file a dispute. The seller will have 3 days to respond y either sending you a return Shipping label, or issuing a refund. If they do neither or try to argue with you, on day four open the return and click on Ask ebay to step in. A refund will be issued from the seller's account. This is all covered by ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) policy. Open the link below.

·2 months ago · EditedRead up on eBay's Money Back Guarantee - if the phone arrives inoperable and that would include not being able to activate it due to it not being paid off, listed as stolen, etc. it can be returned.
Buy a phone from a seller with great feedback and a history of selling phones, and are selling it as New or pre-owned, do not buy one that is listed as for Parts or Repairs. Shop Smart, and test the phone making sure all functions work as soon as you receive it.
