can I leave feedback after filing an INR?
Seller hasn't shipped item. after the required timeframe for delivery, I will file an INR.
Am I able to then leave feedback ?
on a side note, aren't these absentee sellers still being charged when their items are relisted each month?
doesn't seem like they would have had the volume to pay for a yearly store subscription

Your seller may, or may not have shipped.
Sometimes tracking is "spotty" right from the start.
I pay nothing to list my items (no store subscription)

OP2 years agoAbsentee sellers are ones that have things listed but appear to no longer be engaging with ebay

OP2 years agoExactly. that is what I think I am dealing with right now. ghosted...
last feedback is > 90 days old
the thing is, there were only a couple of the item I needed listed and they were close geographically so I thought I could get it fast
I know ebay has my back so I gave it a shot

·2 years agoIt's possible they are really "ghosted".
You occasionally see posts of people asking how to access an unwell relatives account. When you see dozens of INR negs appearing on a previously clean account it makes you wonder.
