Can I keep both ?
Hi Everyone,
I recently have been given a refund by EBay due to the seller not responding within the “5 day notice†in send shipping label. Also, EBay told me that I no longer need to send the item back!
Is this correct? Will appreciate your feedback. Be well!

Technically, you aren't required to return the item ... but I would contact the seller and tell them that you are willing to return the item IF the seller provides EITHER a prepaid return shipping label OR the money to purchase the label.
If you don't receive an answer to that contact ... then your conscience is clear, and you can do what you want with the item.

Then Send back the item

·3 years agoIn the "court of eBay".................. they said you do not need to send it back.
I'm not a lawyer, don't play one on TV, but possibly there would be a legal requirement to return the item in the "real world".
Also, there is what stanilessengine suggested......................

Morally- that's up to you.
