Can’t report shilling
There is no option to report shill attempt. A seller obviously tried to shill me last night. Shill account made bid at 11:11:22 pm PDT. At 11:11:54pm PDT seller cancels auction.

·2 years agoEBay does not have personnel to investigate what you are alleging. I would suggest moving on to another seller.

·2 years agoA few things if there is less than 12 hours a seller can't cancel bids and then end an auction so if they ended it they ended it selling to the higher bid but I'm not sure why someone would do that and not allow more bids to come in if they're shilling trying to raise the price...
Second I'm not sure what you're seeing in any of that indicating a shill bid.

·2 years agoSellers can't do shill bids on their own auctions... Ebay will shut it down.
A seller CAN terminate their own listing, but no one but the seller knows the full story. Have you tried to contact the seller?

·2 years agoActually, shillers can bid on their own auctions using another ID.
Don't understand why a seller's cancelling an auction shortly after a bid is made would be an indication of a shill.
