System is mostly not correct (time to call you back) as well as if you did talk to an 'agent' you will most likely get wrong advice (as most reps just 'type in' what you say and they let AI come back with an answer).
Best to just spill it here and get advice from fellow members that know most systems and how things REALLY work.
