I have bought a Marshall Bluetooth and the seller do not send me invoice to pay it. I try to conduct with him through message no answer. Please let me know what's next

·3 years agoDid the listing show a shipping cost to Cyprus? If not, the seller may ship to your country. If there is a shipping cost, you don't need an invoice, there should be a 'pay now' in your purchase history or in the email that you received.
If there is no shipping cost showing, it is always best to ask the seller before you purchase if they will ship there. You can send a message and ask the seller to cancel the transaction if they don't ship there but they are not required to do so. On the fifth day after purchase they may cancel using the reason that the item was not paid for. In that case you would get an unpaid item strike but just one of those will not affect you. You might be able to appeal it with ebay customer service.

You would not need to get an invoice for a purchase in order to pay for it. You click on the Pay Now button. You may not be able to pay for the item if the seller does not ship to Cyprus. Open the listing and click on the Shipping, Returns, and Payments tab to see if the seller ships to Cyprus.
