Buying goods from China
Purchased an item as a guest three months ago and it does not appear on my purchase history. I have the item number and purchase number but the system does not recognise and the seller is making idle promises, refusing a refund

The following is from the US site, since that's where you've posted, but I would assume the guest procedures are largely the same on the UK site:

Guest purchases are covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee and are subject to the same deadlines. You have 30 days after the item's last estimated delivery date to open an item not received case. After three months it's highly doubtful you're still within that window. If that's the case, eBay can't help you. You'll need to pursue the issue with your payment provider.

·2 years agoI would assume purchased item states "estimated date of arrival".
You must have some information somewhere on an email or something...check all past emails.
A refund from that date is within 30 days...not after 31 days.

·2 years agoYou needed to go through the email to file a claim. Yu said you bought as a guest so it will not show on your purchase history with this account.
It ids too late now if it has been more than 30 days.
Try a charge back through your payment source.

Did you open a case with eBay?
