Buying from eBay
So I purchased a book and paid in full and my account has no record of the purchase who do I contact if I have copies of the purchase from my email and my bank account to prove that it was paid in full? Who do I contact?

·2 years agothis happened to me before- item purchased was in the hidden purchases. There is a link to that at the top if purchased items

·2 years agoThat question read as if you bought as a guest not logged in. The email should contain the information about the item you bought. If bought as a guest, none of the information will show on your account when you log in.

Should add, you bought from a listing on eBay, you did not buy from eBay. eBay hosts the listings; they are not the seller.
