The safest thing truly is to check with US Customs and Border Protection for the current information. There at one time was a 35% tariff on Belarus, but then it was apparently suspended, but who knows if it's back. You also need to consider that in most cases tariffs are charged based on the item's country of origin, not where the package is mailed from.

Hidden cost from buying and I expect hidden cost from buyer returning it.
Not to be picky...as we are not allowed to purchase from Russia...guess which country is very friendly with Russia....
