If the Buy It Now button on the listing page try the Add to Cart button and if that works pay from the Cart.
If on a search result or your Watch List or the like clicking the title to get to the listing page, try clicking the photograph (or the title if you were clicking the photo) or right clicking and choosing to open the link in another tab or window.

Reboot, try a different browser/device etc.
