OP4 months agothanks everyone exactly what i thought i did report the seller ebay said they cant find a problem with the transaction so that tells me to look on aliexpress before you buy an item it will be cheaper and same postage time ,ebay needs to sharpen up or loose buyers

Using the link posted by @participatrophy may not work for you, since you are located in the U.K.. This is ebay's U.S. based site's community ( ebay.com ) and posting your seller or item number in that link may not turn up your seller or transaction.

Choose the last option, "Suspicious seller activity"

·4 months agoDropshipping, whereby the seller fulfills orders directly from a wholesale supplier that the seller has a contract with is allowed on eBay.
However, listing an item on eBay, selling the item, then purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to the customer is not allowed on eBay.
