Did you pay after 5pm EDT?
After 5pm PDT?
What is the seller's handling time?
Does the seller's local post office work on Saturdays?
Most important, has the last estimated date for delivery passed?

·1 year agoI would not assume that your seller did not ship the item. I have so many items in the past several months, but just don’t receive scans for several days – even a couple of weeks. Invariably, these are all delivered. Often, that first scan is when it hits The post office local to the buyer.
A consistent theme with my packages is that the smaller the item, the more likely it is to miss scans.

If this is happening with the last seller you received feedback from you should never have bought from them. A 93.2% rating is terrible rating, for a high volume ebay seller. Go to your own profile page and click on the seller's feedback number.
If the seller you bought from has not left you a feedback yet They may be a new one who did not know about the 21-30 day hold ebay places on new/returning seller's first few payments. This is a common problem with new or returning sellers who haven't sold in over a year. You need to check their feedback profile to find that out, as they may have a fair number of feedback and even a 100% rating, but all for buying, at least in the last year.
If you find your seller is registered in China or another foreign country, chances are they ship using an international shipping partner of the USPS, the tracking number you received will not update until the item reaches the U.S., clears customs, and is handed off to the USPS. An extended estimated delivery time frame is an indication of a foreign seller.
Most experienced members will not buy from a high volume seller a with 98.6% or lower rating. No matter what a seller's feedback percentage is you should always check their feedback profile before buying from one. If you do not know how to get to a seller's feedback profile page from a listing, open the link below click on the Go To Best Answer button, and read the instructions.

·1 year agoSome sellers print the shipping label right away but they may have a few days' handling time and might wait to ship it.
On your order, there's an estimated delivery date. If you don't receive the item by that date, go to the order next day and open a claim for non-receipt.
