i bought an item from a 0 seller and 0 feedback which i took a risk because the price was too low

this guy posted a false tracking and thinks to get away i contact ebay and waiting for help and get to the bottom why no red flag for such sellers

now that you have gotten your triple beat down..........................do an item not received.

when you lose that case appeal with the proof that there was false tracking.

There were multiple red flags. Ebay has no way to force you to heed them. You admitted you took a risk.
