I bought a item on a guest account and I haven’t received a confirmation email and my item hasnt come i want to track its but cant as I haven’t received no email the payment went out thats its , What can i do?

You can get redirected to this site if you look at items a U.S. based seller has listed and open their Store or See Other items. If you do that and start seeing prices given in U.S. $ instead of £ then you have to log back into the U.K. site.
Depending on who your email provider is, the confirmation message could be in a spam, junk, business, promotions, or other folder, not your regular inbox one. If it isn't in any of them, it is possible that you didn't type in the proper name or @ address.

You will HAVE to find that Order Confirmation email.
Log out of your Ebay account and click on the blue button on this page to help find it:

Once you find it, check your order confirmation email to see the item's expected delivery date and the address it's being shipped to. You can also select View order details in your order confirmation email to see the latest tracking updates.
