Buyer received fake Dooney and Burke handbag, #193730437604. Seller wants it back. What do I do?
Simply put, I bought a Dooney and Burke handbag based on poor photos. When it came it was obviously plastic. The seller wants it back but I’m not sure what I should do legally. Item 193730437604. Thanks!

the seller said she would give my money back and then I saw she put it back for sale. In the end I was mad that I lost money but I didn’t send it back because that mean someone else getting scammed. In my case pictures were deceiving. What was advertised was not what I got. It was a plastic dupe and I wished I hadn’t bought it. There should be an option to report sellers with those kind of items. eBay should inspect pics better and if shady they shouldn’t be allowed to be posted
