buyer problems
Hello , please tell me how would you Handel this? I bought a photo of an old native American village scean . when it arrived , I saw that it had been scribbled on with colored marker & was ruined . Seller agreed to make things right & send me an other photo for replacement .When I said which one I wanted the seller re fused said that it would cost him $8 to ship.He said he did not care to make things right if it cost him any money. The seller said that he would take the negative feed back & black mark on his Ebay reputation . Ebay had the seller make a full refund. Now the seller refuses to sell me the replacement picture that I want . Being a Major balloon Knot ! What would you do ? Thank you Joe.

Find another seller.
