Hello, Unfortunately I’ve found myself in a bad situation with what I learned is a drop-shipper after ordering 2 items. I ordered 1 item (paid in full immediately) (eventually 2) from seller, one of which they messaged me and stated they were out of stock and told me to cancel item. I told them I didn’t know how to cancel, but they have messaged me at least 5 times now stating I cancel order on my end. I purchased 2nd item due to sob story told by seller, then they promised to ship both items. They don’t. Tracking number was uploaded then seller contacts me again telling me to cancel 1st order and they won’t be shipping both items together as promised. Seller drop shipped 2nd item from major thread retailer. (which was backordered). I tell them again to cancel 1st sale and then seller sent 3 messages telling me again I must cancel order. They refuse to cancel the order, stating I have to cancel. I demand refund for 1st item. Ultimately, seller issues a partial refund for the out of stock item-but keep telling me I must cancel order, even after issuing me a partial refund. I paid $41.99 seller refunded me $41.98, leaving item cost at $01 cent. I assume this is to ensure they don’t have to cancel sale on their end. Then seller marked item shipped without tracking. It’s a matter of principle, I don’t care about a penny, but there’s a reason the seller is refusing to cancle the order for an item they told me repeatedly is out of stock. Why don’t sellers want to cancel out of stock items? Why do sellers drop-ship and rely on likely out of date pricing? How do I get this seller to issue full refund? As I said it’s a matter of principle now.
