Buyer demanded a refund and refused to return items to seller
Pretty much held at gun point for a refund. Buyer refused to return item. Didn’t mess up finances just ran in circles trying to keep the item.

·8 months agoSorry to hear you're having an issue; however, this sounds like a situation where neither the seller nor the buyer understands how the Money Back Guarantee for buyers works. Have you read it?

Hopefully you are not one of those sellers who thinks a no returns or a buyer pays return shipping policy includes the buyer having to pay for return shipping. A No returns policy only works for buyer's remorse reasons, any other reason such as damage during shipping, not as described, missing parts...etc. means you have to send them a return shipping label. Maybe you should read the terms of the Money Back Guarantee, in the link below.

Do not refund until you have the item back.
