Buyer beware
Buyers need to beware on EBay. Used a seller that has 💯 positive feedback-
Never received item . Seller used USPS it said delivered but was not.
Negative feedback was removed because the Seller sells a lot of items on eBay and makes them money! Talk about gaming the system. Shame on eBay we use feedback to guide us and you are blocking it for financial gain . Consumers need to start reporting this to States attorney general and FTC

·3 years agoYou need to find out from the carrier exactly where it was delivered. If it was addressed to you, but delivered elsewhere, you need to get that info in writing. If it was addressed to some other address, you need to get that information also.
Then there is always the possibility of porch pirates.

OP3 years agoWe have security camera footage it was not delivered. Strange we do thousands of dollars business every month only this $54 package was not delivered- the point is eBay supposed to protect buyers it does not !

·3 years agoeBay is not the one who did you wrong...your POST OFFICE marked it as delivered, your problem is with them.

·3 years agoIf your security camera shows no delivery than it's still not the sellers fault. Blame it on the post office. They marked it delivered. It's impossible for the seller to mark it delivered on the postal system. Why are you mad at the seller? Also, you are not supposed to name sellers here. You violated an ebay policy by naming the seller above. Eventually a moderator is going to block their name. Ebay rightfully removed that negative. Now go to the post office with the tracking #. Their system shows more information for example, a gps coordinate. It will show exactly where delivered. An example would be 10 Elm st instead of 10 Elm Rd. It will also show you last handled the package. Perhaps too many item were lost on that carrier's watch. Your beef is now with the post office and not ebay or the seller.

·3 years agoThat's hilarious, no really if it shows as delivered then your seller is in the clear as your post office is the one who marked it as delivered to you.

·3 years agoIt could have been delivered and then stolen by porch pirates. That's not the seller's fault. Ask USPS where it was delivered to in case it was not delivered to your house. Get it in writing if the address on the label was not your address and contact eBay.

Just received item from England and it was correctly delivered. eBay should allow feedback to warn other buyers this happened. The feedback is false and buyers should know that
