buy with visa bank card I dont use Pay Pal anymore
You lost a good buyer on ebay items GOODBYE
Paying with a Visa bank card is a poor choice, @rondon.23. If you have an issue and eBay won't refund, you are unlikely to get your refund from your Visa bank card.
If instead you pay with your Visa bank card through PayPal, you can
1. try for your refund from eBay, then if that fails
2. try for your refund from PayPal: You get two levels of protection.
Or if you pay with a credit card through PayPal, you can
1. try for your refund from eBay, then if that fails
2. try for your refund from PayPal, then if that fails
3. try for your refund at your credit card: You get three levels of protection.
If eBay didn't make it so easy for crooks, this wouldn't be an issue. Crooks have learned how to "game the system" and they and eBay get paid regardless of who absorbed the loss. Why continue doing business where theft and frustration are cultivated? Bad business model and people are starting to notice.
You don't need Pay Pal, you can pay with your bank debit card.

@rondon.23,
Do you wish to expand on the reason(s) why you are going to stop shopping on ebay? Does it have anything to do with the immediate payment issues for making offers, or did you have another problem?
