Bought two items I'm trying to return but can only return one?
Purchased two records that came damaged. I was able to file a case for one but the seller already refunded a small ship overage on the other and it appears I can't file a case on that one?
I posted a reason for return and added pics but can't seem to proceed.
Is this because of the partial refund for shipping?

·9 months agoWhen Ebay says no, and you feel you deserve a refund, open a dispute with the bank which issued the credit card you used to pay.

·9 months agoIf it was purchased under one item number, then you would have to return it all. The seller and offer a part refund if they choose.
