Actually they can have a no refunds policy IF they don't accept returns and it is a buyer's remorse return.

This is a Buyer Remorse situation.
The seller can demand that you pay to return the shoes and then refund, or the seller can abandon the shoes and then refund.
Or they can rightly refuse to accept the return.
Personally, I would appreciate a buyer who is honest enough to admit remorse/fit and wouldn't ever deny a request to return. But without a return policy, a seller DOES have that right.

Wrong. In a buyer's remorse situation, which this is, a seller absolutely can have a no refunds policy. Please don't confuse the OP with incorrect information.
Bought a shoe but it was too tight for me, seller doesn't accept refunds, what should I do?

Have you reached out to the seller? A 'No Refunds' seller can still consider a Return for a remorse reason, but you'll have to pay return shipping on them. Maybe your seller will entertain a request...
If your seller does not... as previously advised you can always sell, donate or gift them. Here's the long read.>>> eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
If the shoes are leather and not too tight you may be able to get them stretched at a shoe repair. Otherwise, see advice posted above to re-sell, donate or gift the item.

You can ask the seller if they'll let you return it if you pay return shipping. If they don't then resell them.

·3 years agoShoes are not the best item to purchase mail order. Even worse when the seller does not take returns. You can always resell then on eBay yourself.
