Do not close the case if the seller asks you to. Do NOT accept anything else from them. You just want a refund. I do have a question, was the price a lot cheaper than buying it at a dept. store? If yes, that is a sign of a counterfeit item. I bet that the seller has very little feedback too. Anyway, screen your potential purchases closer before you buy .

Return it for a refund. Go to your purchase history, click return this item in the drop down menu it will either be a blue button that says Return this item or you may need to click MORE ACTIONS to find RETURN THIS ITEM. Click that select the reason for return as doesn’t match pictures or description, follow the prompts. The seller has 2 days to issue you a return label. If not, on day 3 you can go back to the return case and click “ ask eBay to step in to help†for your refund. Good luck.
