Bought counterfeit air Jordan’s
I already posted to the community about buying fraudulent air Jordan’s Only learning this by trying to resell the shoes that were too small back on eBay. Their authenticity dept deemed these shoes as counterfeit and I was sited a warning . And denied any money back . So filed an appeal also denied because the item didn’t qualify for a money back guarantee?!!! Isn’t that the meaning of money back guarantee? Your guaranteeing that money will be returned if you are not satisfied with your purchase?? Especially after finding out that this lilmut-43 from Kenya , Africa is selling multiple counterfeit Air Jordan’s on your eBay platform? But yet I am the one who has to learn a lesson and sited a warning ? Idc about your stupid warning !! I’m never using this unprofessional platform again , if this is how you conduct business. This is just well beyond a slap in the face Handle your innocent buyers with more respect than the way I was treated. Expect my attorneys paperwork very soon

·10 months agoI am trying to understand what happened: You bought fake air jordans that you didn't know were fake. You tried to resell them and eBay said they were fake.
So who are you trying to get a "money back guarantee" from? The person you bought it from? He doesn't offer an authenticity check.
If you are talking about the Jordan 4's he was selling, of course they are fake: There's no box, and even though they were used he's not showing you real pictures of it being used.
There's no way for eBay to know that you are selling the sneakers you bought from him, so you can't ask for a money back guarantee after you bought them and tried to resell them.
If you try to sue them, you're going to lose, because ebay didn't do anything wrong.
