Bought an item from 2023 that was never shipped
So in 2023 I bought an item along with a bunch of others. I was just looking through my list of orders and noticed this item never arrived. The status for it is Paid and Awaiting Shipment. I paid for it and never got refunded nor noticed it not arriving nor even being shipped, because it was one of many orders. It got hidden behind the other orders I had.
Because it's from 2023, I can't choose any options such as getting a refund nor getting customer support on it. The automated customer support doesn't help, it doesn't allow me to choose it. Even with the Order ID and Item Number, the automated support doesn't help, and I don't see any email to contact eBay on this or anything.
Any suggestions or should I just let it go?

OP1 year agoThanks everyone, I decided to just let it go. It was a kid's hydraulics DIY kit for $27.

You are way way way past that
I'm afraid eBay can't help you Money Back Guarantee can be used for up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery. Since you purchased in 2023, that windows of opportunity closed.
Credit cards and Paypal have a 180 day window for filing chargebacks, that window has also closed.
Sorry, you're just going to have to let it go.
