bought an item and it stops appearing on my account and its like its vanished
i bought a cellphone on the 6th of JUNE and was provided with all details . to my suspicion all the tracking information stopped on the 14th of JUNE. I TRIED contacting the seller and i sent about seven messages without response. now i clock on the link its saying invalid. the purchase dont appear on my account page. its like all the information vanished in thin air. i click on the seller page and i found about 22 complaints about the same item. how do i go on about initiating the refund
