How long ago did you make the purchase was this an auction listing? Did you receive a message saying the seller had cancelled the order and that a refund had been issued? Check your ebay messages. It might help if you post the 12 digit (no hyphens) ebay item number, you can find it in your order details under the item title.
If you did not get a message of cancellation, and the last estimated delivery date has passed by 1 day, go to your purchase history find the listing, click on the More Actions button, You may see Return item and clicking on that will open a menu of reasons for a return one of which is "I haven't received it. click on that and follow through to file the dispute. The seller will have 3 days to provide tracking showing it is in transit or to issue a refund, and if they do neither open the dispute which will appear just above the item title in your history and click on the Ask ebay to Step in button. A refund from the seller's account will be issued.
You do not need to contact anyone at ebay about this issue.

You don't need to talk to anyone, a day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

·1 year agoAre you aware of eBay’s money back guarantee? You should have received notification on your purchase. Read up on it and file a case. You have 30 days after expected delivery date to file a case.
