Bought a pair of shoes ,
Bought a pair of shoes that went through eBays authentication it passed but then I tried to sell them and was told there are fakes. Still have the eBay tag of authentic on them but they decided to decline smh. What other options do I have ? Can anyone help . I just want my money back , they can have these fake shoes back, I have no use for them

How did you pay for the shoes when you purchased them? If you used a c.c. or PP, open a claim for a chargeback.

Please open a return claim for the purchase of those sneakers.
If the shoes in question are from the seller in Hong Kong, I'm concerned about their items. Several feedbacks accuse the seller of selling fakes and others say their items didn't pass authentication.
If the shoes are from the other seller in China (who used to sell the same styles), you need to return them for a refund also.
EDIT:
yikes! I just went back to that Hong Kong seller's listings and based on the quantities and variety of sizes of each item that seller sells, I'm guessing that the authenticators who looked at your original purchase may have erred.

OP1 year agoI did that and was denied and I appealed it and was denied also , now they telling me it's nothing I can do when it also says if the eBay tag is still on the shoes you can get a refund or whatever I don't want the shoes there fake , they can have the shoes back just give me my money back is all I'm asking for. An like I told the seller if the shoes are authentic he should have a problem refunding my money.

OP1 year agoYes and they told me it was nothing they can do about it once the final judgement is in place. Just B.S about to call my bank now

When you file with your CC, if you can upload evidence, make sure you do. The page for the purchase you originally made, photo or email stating eBay deemed authentic and email of them now claiming they're fake.

I sell designer bags, shoes etc... and these "authenticators" have been a nightmare! I've been against them from the start. At least the way eBay handles it. @albertabrightalberta & I had long discussions with other members about this on the "fashion board" back when they started implementing this mess..

OP1 year agoI did that and was denied twice , once fast and I appealed it and it didn't take long for them to deny it the 2nd time . The crazy part is I still have the eBay tag on them.

Since they went through authentication they may not be eligible for a return.
But this is a problem, them passing and now being removed for authenticity reasons. Sheesh.

In this case I would absolutely reach out to eBay's Facebook page and explain the situation.
That must be beyond maddening.
The FB page has some good reps there, send a message NOT a post and see what they say.

OP1 year agoOk will do and thank you , yes I paid over 450 $ for these shoes to be fake . Furious can't explain how I feel .
