Bought 3 makeup items, Wrong product in one of the boxes.
I bought 3 boxes of brow liner and looked at the boxes and liners to see if the three were new in boxes, all looked unused. Once I when to use the second liner I noticed it was not the right shade. At this time it is past the 30 day return window and I contacted seller and paypal. Now the wrong seller is not getting paid and ebay has credited my disputed amount. I want to call on the phone and talk to eBay.
