I have purchased a BLUETTI EB240 Portable Power Plant 2400Wh 1000W Solar Generator Powerstation MPPT It's broken, when I ask for help they don't answer. eBay can't help either.

You are located in Denmark, but are trying to get help on ebay's U.S. Based site. Most ebay users in your country use ebays Germany based site www.ebay.de
We may be able to hep you by we need answers to the questions asked by christworks. When did you order the item? and When did you receive it?
Only one of that model power station has been sold on the U.S. ebay site, back In March, and it was a non working unit, so I do not think you were the one who bought it.
ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) protections are only good for up to 30 days from when you receive an item.
