Blocked by PSA Account
2 weeks ago I made a purchase directly from PSA account on ebay. The est delivery date is supposed to be between Jan 22-27. I checked the status of the order daily and it's still "awaiting shipment". So I decided to message PSA account inquiring about the status. I did not receive any response but instead found out later that they blocked me because I no longer could bid or buy anything listed under PSA.
So I want to ask if anyone has experience getting blocked by PSA? or is there a way to contact them?

Online Support: Visit the official PSA Support Page to submit a ticket regarding your eBay order.
Phone Support: You can call PSA’s parent company, Collectors, at +1 800-355-3594 (US) or +1 949-567-1234 (International).
A seller can block a buyer for any reason they see fit.
You still have eBay's Protections and can file an item not received - just wait a couple of days past the last due date.

You can try 'googling' them.
