Beware of Scam - Seller sends dummy package to fake name and address: Acct with positive feedback

Been buying and Selling off and on for years and finally became victim of this scam. I did my due dilligence and checked the seller feedback and it was fairly positive. Made the purchase but when FedEx said it arrived, it was not there. I checked the delivery photo the driver took and it was not my porch and obviously not what I ordered. Because ebay cannot access FedEx tracking with a photo, and their first system is automated and will deny your dispute because it sees a Delivered scan the only info it looks for.
