If you buy from a foreign drop shipper you can be fairly certain it is counterfeit. If you are getting a deal and its coming from China - counterfeit. If you still chose to buy and you get it and its counterfeit, you can file a Not As Described and report it as counterfeit. eBay will remove foreign sellers because of return requests and counterfeit with enough MBG requests.
