I should have thought to post this in my earlier reply. Do a Google search for;
"are coupons posted on ebay.com available to buyers located in foreign countries?"
And read the A.I. article. There are some restrictions on coupons for buyers located outside of the U.S. on ebay.com, the U.S. based site.

There is no best time or day to buy. The company eBay does not run special sales. Since eBay is comprised of individual sellers (the company eBay does not sell things), each individual seller can choose to reduce prices or run sales at their discretion. You will just have to search for things you are interested in.
There are millions of shoes and clothing items listed on eBay. You can narrow your search as far as "lowest price" or "highest price", brand, sizes, condition, colors, etc. Takes a lot of looking but if you have a specific item and price in mind, you can probably find it.

In your reply to @klhmdg , you mentioned Amazon and other sites. eBay is not like other sites they do not have warehouses or ship items. All sales are fulfilled by individual sellers. Though there are some who drop ship from supplier's warehouses.
eBay does not run any sales like Prime days. They do occasionally offer coupons for items in limited or specific categories, but do not announce that in advance. You need to check your ebay messages or emails to hear abut them.

OP1 year agoThank you dear mudshark61369.
Your answer provided me a piece of good info about ebay.
I dont know whether we can discuss pros and cons here but I have one or two genuine and honest questions.

·1 year agoThere is no eBay team here.
You are in India.
Is this another of those scams where someone online is "paying" you to ask questions and says you will be compensated some way?
I would say, just my opinion, if you want shoes and clothes buy them locally.

OP1 year agoDear klhmdg
Greetings
Perhaps you might have experienced with someone. That is why you doubted me.
I would like to let you know that I am a human of strict ethics and values.
Generally online vending website such as Amazon, Flipkart etc. are in the practice of anouncing best offers for certain limited days and even time.
That is why I asked the question but unfortunately, the same caused you to think in different and unusual way.
Anyhow, I am thankful to you because you replied to my question at least.
Have a nice day.

Sorry it was not you I doubted.
Many people from other countries get caught in an internet scam that has them posting questions here or information that doesnt apply to eBay.
They are told by these scammers that posting here will get them money and help them get an account.
Your question was so vague that I was wondering if you too had been caught by this ruse.
Im glad you clarified that you were looking for eBay sales days.

·1 year agoSome of the venues you mentioned, like Amazon, have total control of their merchandise and thus are able to offer sales or best offers etc.
eBay itself does not sell anything. Ebay is composed of millions of individual sellers who set their own prices, offer occasional sales etc but on no particular schedule.
We aren't an "eBay team" per se. The folks who reply to questions here are fellow eBay sellers an buyers.
Suggestion: If you plan to shop on eBay, be sure to read all about how it works first, especially the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

OP1 year agoThank you @soh.maryl for your reply..
your message gives me some knowledge about ebay.com which I appreciate for.
One thing I wish to share with you. when I contacted a seller about his higher shipping cost, he, in a tone of honest and respect replied me that the shipping costs are set by ebay itself and they receive only their product amount while there is no play from them with shipping cost.
Pls confirm if that is correct.
Thank you
