Being Scammed in Ebay, my purchase cover by moneyback guarantee but ebay didnt take the responsible
Ebay is not safe for buyer, recently I purchased car spare part, paid by credit card amount 400USD. This order is never arrive, the seller provide tracking number, according to tracking system in EMS China post stated delivered to my regency not to my address, without name of courier in the tracking information so it impossible to collect the package. Buyer never give evidence that they have shipped it by showing picture of the package. It could be they packed trash even so if it arrive I could return and ask for refund but this is completely lost. Ebay didn't give refund as the seller provide tracking number no matter it is true or fake.

Go to your purchase history, find the listing, click on More actions, if a menu drops down select doesn't match photo for description. If "Return item" appears click on it and select doesn't match photos or description from the menu that opens.
You do not have to post a photo of the item. That will open a dispute which will appear just above the item title in your purchase history. The seller will have 3 days to reply by either sending you a return label or issuing a refund. They may have to ask you to get a return postage cost to send you the money for return shipping guess a weight and size of the part and use that to get a return shipping cost from your national postal service.
If they ask you to close the dispute so they can refund you, offer a partial refund or make other excuses, on day four open the dispute and click on the ask ebay to step in button, they will issue a refund from the seller's account, and you will not have to do anything else.

·1 year agoAs others have advised, if you did not receive it, you contact your credit card company.
That is your ONLY option at this point.

Since you are located in Indonesia, but have posted on ebay's U.S. based site (ebay.com) we have no way of knowing who the China Post EMS system would use for the final delivery in your country. Often it is the national postal system, but it can be a private courier service.
What we do know is, China based sellers often provide a tracking number that will get a Delivered scan in a buyer's postal region/zone, but it is not delivered to their address. Usually, it is an envelope or small empty box that is sent to the different address. Without knowing what service was used for the final delivery in your country, there is no way for you to get the proof you need to get a refund for the purchase.
All we can suggest is, Never to buy auto parts from China. They may post that the part is an original Mfr's. part, but what you will receive is something that does not fit and/or is made with substandard materials.

·1 year agoIf there's tracking indicating delivery, no point in opening an item not delivered case.
In your situation, if I understand correctly, your best bet would be a chargeback with your credit card.
The seller is not required to prove delivery by showing a picture of the package. And how would that prove delivery to you anyway?

·1 year agoWhen did you purchase & what was the estimated delivery date? If it is less than 30 days, open a return request with reason of "Doesn't match description". Take a picture off the listing & use that. If the seller provides a label, print off a copy of the listing & ship that back. If they do not provide a label, you get a refund.
Another option is to dispute with the payment provider. However, once you do - ebay is out of the equation.

How would a picture of the listing used in an NAD case be useful?
If that could truly get a refund for a buyer, shouldn't all INR cases be handled that way?
Best bet is probably dispute with the card.
