Ebay is a fraud,
I bought an item from China that was never delivered. Probably the selle wrote the wrong address but he do not want to admit it.
The courier did not delivered saying: address incorrect/non existent. the parcel now is in a limbo and nobody want to take responsibility.
I am left with $177 less and no product.
Ebay was just not cooperative and did not help at all.

No need for slander.
Just open an INR case and get a refund through ebay's MBG.
