A place to order that video about 4 months ago with some rain guards for my 2017 Ford expedition I got to order number right here with me I got the order number them bolts and stuff I order some money the ground tonight received I received them but they sent me the wrong **bleep** ones a half inch that but worth a half inch out one smaller and I won't get the right stuff and nothing that I never did get my rain guards for my truck we're not done paid for him and I want them and I don't know what's going on with my stuff I turned you into a better Business me roll the day and they told me they would take you down to take care of this they would take care of it for me they get my money back on my stuff

First it must be noted that this is a member-to-member forum, not eBay. So you didn't turn us into the "better Business". But please don't depend on the BBB to get your money back, because they're pretty worthless.
I wish when you joined eBay with your other account you had bothered to read about its Money Back Guarantee. It would have told you how to open a case and been refunded when your order didn't arrive. Unfortunately eBay's deadline to do that is 30 days past the last estimated delivery date, which is long past. So you closed the door on eBay helping you there and will need to pursue a dispute with your payment provider.
The items you received that are incorrect are a different matter. You are within the deadline to open an MBG case for them. Go to the item in your purchase history and click Return under More actions. Then select the reason for the return. EBay will give the seller three business days to issue a return label. If they don't, on day four go back to the case and ask eBay to step in. Once the seller receives the return you'll be refunded, all without the BBB.

·8 months agoIf you just received them but they sent the wrong item you should be able to able to open a INAD (item not as described) case against the seller. You will have to return them and they will refund your money.

If it’s been four months, you won’t be able to return the item through eBay, but you could try initiating a chargeback through your payment source.
