bad seller what to do
Had seller sold bad item described wrong. Gave me hard time about refund. I need to explain harassment but can't type much due to disability and can't call. Can someone call me. I don't have use of one hand so chatting it not going to work.

You do not have to call anyone or do any more than open your purchase history, click on the More Actions tab, then select Return item, next click the circle next to Does not match pictures or description.
Once you have done that the dispute you filed will be on your My ebay summary page. The seller will have 3 days to respond to it by either sending you a return shipping label, or issuing a refund, if they do not want to pay the return shipping. If they have not responded on the 4th day go to the dispute and click on the ask ebay to step in button. A refund will be taken from the seller's account.
I would think that after 18+ years of using ebay, you would have some idea of how the Money Back Guarantee works.

Did you get your refund? You might try simply reporting the seller if you feel they really crossed a line.
