Bad seller report
A seller is committing fraud. Advertising false information...then bullying the buyer. How is this allowed?
Buyer beware...should have read the negative reviews.

·9 months agoSo far over the last month alone over 1400 Positive Feedback. That's just for the Buyers who left Feedback, and none of the upcoming automatic Feedback that's going to hit for Sales over the month also. Out of all that, only 2 Negatives. Seller is pretty well Bonafide.
I'd trust this Seller.
I'd buy from this Seller.
Then you have this:

Already leaving Negatives because they don't understand how the process works. While at the same time, expressing entitlement traits.
Ummm, OK. I think. 😅

·9 months agoIt would appear from your post that you're unfamiliar with eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.
It offers very good protection when a transaction goes wrong. How about taking a few moments to read it.
Hopefully, you will have no more unsatisfactory purchases, but wouldn't it be good to be armed with the information you need to resolve the problem?

·9 months agoMany sellers lie about how buyers are protected, to protect their own interests. That does not remove your protection.
Naming and shaming, however, is NOT allowed here.

·9 months agoHad you been acquainted with ebay's money back guarantee as @soh.maryl suggests, you would have known that the seller was blowing smoke without a leg to stand on. The MBG trumps ANY seller return policy once an INAD (item not as described/doesn't match description) case is opened. Seller would have had to accept the return, pay return postage, and refund - if not ebay would do it for them, let you keep the item, and ding the seller's account with a defect.

Your unhappiness is a result of your own error in closing the claim.
You should have returned the non-working item for a full refund.

·9 months agoIf something goes wrong with a purchase, the buyer is protected by the Money Back Guarantee for buyers?
You need to read it.

·9 months agoWhy did you cancel the return?
If it didn't work and you filed an INAD, you would have got a full refund and the seller would have paid return shipping.
Ebay did away with the restocking fee years ago, so they couldn't deduct that.
