Bad Seller
Seller Sold me a Ring Chime Pro that was supposed to be brand new with the box sealed! I received the item today. It was NOT new, it was opened and it definitely looked used! The best part it the item box wasn't even the same as the one in the pictures on the listing page! Definitely a case of bait and switch! Watch out for this scammer! He has terrible communication skills too. He sent one response that was short and irrelevant to the problem! A seller shouldn't sell an item as brand new and pictures of a sealed box of the item then send a buyer a used item!

·1 year agoI agree with you, but you need to edit your post to remove their user id before eBay edits it out for you. That seller cannot defend themselves here.

OP1 year agoIt wasn't about a new listing. It's about stating that an item is brand new when indeed it's not! The pictures on the listing shows a totally different item than the one I received.

·1 year agoYes, we get that. Have you opened the item not as described case yet as has been suggested?

Go to the item in your purchase history and click Return under More actions. Select that the item was not as described. EBay will give the seller three business days to send you a return label. If they don't, on the fourth day go back to the case and ask eBay to step in.
EBay's Money Back Guarantee is linked in every listing.
