Bad charge
I order a product it was not delivered. I contacted seller they said Fedex showed it was delivered. I let them know I have cameras and didn’t receive a package. I contacted FedEx as the picture taken by driver as POD is only of package not my house porch steps ect… they said they would refund for package but they need a complaint filed by sender. I updated the seller and they didn’t do anything. Asked eBay to step in . They did nothing. $107 taken. How do I move forward?

If it has a scan of "delivered" somewhere, you will lose any eBay claims. You need to determine if the tracking number was even intended for you in the first place, or was delivered in error to another address.
The first problem is going to be getting the necessary information from FedEx. You will need a written document for eBay attesting to either of the above situations ^^^^^^^. Typically, FedEx is not particularly helpful.

It is important to note, that if you are a victim of the 'fake tracking scam', you will need some documentation that this is NOT a regular item not received issue. Otherwise, PayPal or a claim with your credit card company will result in eBay responding with the same phony "delivered" notice and you will lose again.
