BAD BAD customer service!!!
I had tried to buy a laptop from a seller and made sure my primary address was at my son's house as I was at his house ill for an extended period. I made sure to have a chat with a rep online to ensure I would get this as requested! Seller did not send to correct address!! I filed dispute and immediately was denied claim!! Have been on Ebay for decades and never had any trouble also have not had any dispute filed in years!!

It sounds like you saw tracking that had a delivered scan, but nothing arrived at the address you used, which should show in the Order Details in your purchase history. If that is the case you were likely the victim of a Fake tracking number scam. Your item not received (INR) dispute was denied, because the way ebay checks initial disputes is by computer that searches a tracking number for a Delivered scan, and if it sees one it turns down the claim, because something was delivered in your zip code most likely a small box or envelope.
When you filed the INR dispute it should show up just above your purchase history, and the message saying your claim was denied is in it. In that message there should be an Appeal button, and you have 30 days from the date you received the message to appeal the decision. How you get the information you need to win the dispute will depend on the shipping agency that was used by the seller. If you let us know which one it was, we can tell you what you need to do to win an appeal and get a refund.
