Azores / Madeira are part of PORTUGAL!
Hello my dear ebay users.
Recently i have tried to buy a Pc game called Crimson Skies from a seller in the UK. For some stupid reason, ebay does not recognize that AZORES / MADEIRA are part of Portugal.
If a buyer from the mainland wants to buy this item, he can, but i can't? Why? What is the reason with this idiotic logic?
Im Portuguese and i feel disgusted with this.

There is no one on these boards who has any idea why ebay does not recognize the Azores or Madeira as part of mainland Portugal. That option was probably chosen by the sellers themselves, it is not an ebay corporate decision.
You have posted your issue on ebay's U.S. based site and here sellers can refuse to ship to two of our states Alaska and Hawaii, because they are not located in the Continental U.S.. They can also refuse to ship to our territories even though they are served by our national postal service the United States Postal Service (USPS).
If you open the shipping tab on a listing page and do not see Azores as a destination a seller will ship to, you can try messaging them to let them know if they will ship to mainland Portugal, that your location is a part of the country as well.
Since your seller was located in the U.K. you might get better answers to your question, by posting your question on the U.K. sites community, using the link below.
