Avoid buying anything from
I placed an order through e-bay for Canon Tri-color ink on December 13, 2023. The order, 17-10921-34507, was never shipped yet my credit card was charged; for ink, shipping and tax. I emailed the seller through e-bay on February 16, 2024 requesting that my monies be refunded. As of today, February 24, 2024, I have yet to hear from the seller. There has been no response to my query. Zero! My money is gone. This could happen to you! As the old saying goes: "Buyer beware." Apparently I was scammed by the seller. Eventually, I had to purchase my ink elsewhere.

OP2 years agoI was never given a delivery date nor was the product ever delivered yet my card wascharged. E-bay could not help as (1) I made the order as a guest and (2) I contacted e-bay 2 days past the 60 days when they can step in to help. They suggested I e-mail the seller and I should hear back in a coule of days. I waited a week and heard nothing. That was when e-bay's rep suggested I post to the community as sellers do not want a bad rep, so I did. I still have heard nothing from the seller.

·2 years agoWhen you didn't get your order by the estimated delivery date, why didn't you open an Item Not Received case for a refund within 30 days?
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your payment source.

·2 years agoYou get 30 days from "estimated date of delivery" on the item you purchased it from for a refund.
I would think "ink" would be needed in a week or a little more. Why waiting so long for it? I would think after two weeks I would requested a refund. Pretty easy to do. December 13th-February 16th...why waiting so long?

You might not be aware, but eBay has a great Money Back Guarantee for buyers. Tick these links and read through them.

Edit to add: If you used PayPal, you have 180 days and if you used a CC, you'll have extended coverage there, too.

What was the estimated delivery date shown?
Did you open an "item not received" request on eBay to get your refund when it did not arrive by that date?
