Authentication Problems
I have had 2 pairs of Jordan I bought off ebay that i was selling and they got returned because the authenticity couldnt be confirmed.
Thats **bleep** I have been buying and collecting since 1990. I know they legit. Again purchased from ebay.
Im liquidating 400 pairs and I dont need my account shut down because of this. I have more similar pairs (mind you everything Im selling I purchased from Ebay) that Im selling and like I said I dont need any problems.
Of course ebay is created to not be able to speak to actual people this sucks.
The worst thing is you get no specifics when they deem unauthorized I mean they can at least educate people so they dont have similar problems Im not on here selling fake **bleep**
and not everyone is trying to scam someone.

·1 year agoThose are made in different factories using different tooling over time. It comes down to did the brand name holder get paid. Other than that, there may be no way to ever know. They don't say they are fakes, just that they can't confirm they are legit.

·1 year agoI am sure the Jordans are real...but that's not my concern.
'400 pairs'...selling and sold(50 pairs)...that will get you notice from eBay.
My concern is eBay might want receipts of past sales from December 22, 2024.
'purchased from eBay'...that is good and hopefully eBay won't do anything.
Just a thought here.

I see that there are 2 pairs of sneakers that you sold. I'm not sure which (or both) were not able to be confirmed.
The good thing is that they didn't deem the sneakers as fake because had they been determined to be fake, the listing(s) would have been removed and a counterfeit ding would be on your record.
But there are instances in which authenticity cannot be definitively determined. That sounds like it was the case with your sneakers.

but rather something in the listing that triggered the rejection.
Your listing may have said something that the inspection disagreed with...not necessarily the authenticity of the Jordan's.......
