Appealing
Need to return an item to a seller that they declined for return. The item sent to me was not what was advertised. All the seller did was purchase it from Amazon, which I have already tried to do but the item was incorrect. It is not my fault so therefore I should not be stuck with the item.

·2 years agoHow do you know the seller purchased it from Amazon? Buying it on Amazon and having them send it to your eBay customer is not allowed.
What is allowed is using Amazon Fulfillment. That's when they store their items in a nearby Amazon warehouse and Amazon picks, packs and ships their item for a fee.
Trying to find it on Amazon and not finding it is another indication the seller was using Amazon to store and ship the seller's product.
The seller can't decline a not as described case. They can decline a doesn't fit or wrong size return if their policy is no returns. Is that what happened?

·2 years agoFind the item in your Purchase History and press the big, blue 'Return this item' button. Cite that the item 'Doesn't match description and photos', Confirm and Submit. If the seller hasn't sent a return shipping label after 3 days, escalate the case to eBay. You'll be made whole.
And, yes... by all means read eBay's Money Back Guarantee. >> eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

·2 years agoWhen you receive an item that is not as described, your seller can't "decline" a return.
You need to open an item not as described case which has to be done within 30 days of receipt of the item.
Have you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee?
