Anyone know how to fix notification settings page? It's all greyed out.
I'm trying to stop the AWFUL "live" auction notifications that suddenly have been coming to me these past few weeks. But every option under notification settings is greyed out and it says an error has occurred.

·1 year agoIf you are using the eBay app and notification settings are greyed out, try temporarily turning push notification off and then back on again to see if that restores your ability to change settings.

OP1 year agoThe latest version that's in the play store. Already tried to check to see if there's a new version to update this.

·1 year agoVersion 6.211.0.3? If that is the version you have, try clearing your app cache and data.
Or possibly try deleting the eBay app, restarting your device, and installing the latest version again.

Deleted the app, rebooted phone, reinstalled, logged in, working now.
