Anyone else having this kind of problem? "The item cannot be delivered and will be returned"
This is the second time this week. The first package was from Germany and I managed to track it down, it turned out my phone number/email address had not been provided by the seller and the courier service was therefore unable to notify me. They promised to deliver sometime this week, so hopefully it will be ok. The second package is from the USA and was shipped (via ebay International Shipping) on November 30 (!!!). Different tracking platforms show different information, it is either stuck in the Netherlands or floating somewhere around the Czech Republic as the country of destination. I spoke to the Czech Post and they claim it never made it here but according to international tracking, it did. Both were paid for via Paypal and my information registered there should be complete and correct. I have no idea what is going on - anybody else having these problems? TIA

Not many, if any, here will have had these issues since most are in the US.
I did see a post the other day that was complaining that they couldnt get ahold of the buyer and needed an email address for shipping.
This may be something that is not being given to the seller.

OP8 months agoGood point, thank you. There has been no communication from the seller - I paid, they shipped, so I assume they had all the information they needed. I wrote to them now so we'll see. Thanks again!
